Inquiries and bookings

An inquiry through our site is a request, not a reservation. Your stay is confirmed only when you receive written confirmation from our team with dates, rate and check-in instructions.

Rates and payments

• Nightly rates include utilities, wifi, linens and turnover cleaning unless a listing states otherwise.
• Refundable deposits, where applicable, are released within 5 business days of checkout.
• Cancellations more than 14 days before check-in receive a full refund of amounts paid.

House rules

Each listing carries its own rules on smoking, pets, guests and quiet hours. By confirming a stay you agree to the rules of that home; breaches may end a stay without refund.

Listings accuracy

We photograph and verify every home in person and re-check yearly. If a home materially differs from its listing on arrival, tell us within 24 hours and we will relocate you or refund unused nights.
